Stress Assessment: Coping with Work & Family Stress™ Self-Assessment is a first step to exploring to exploring your work-life stressors, social support systems, anxiety level and your coping strategies.
Stress Management Workbook has targeted activities and concludes with an Action Plan to help you create a concrete strategy to manage your stress more effectively. The workbook can be used on its own or as part of a customized coaching program.
Coaching: Individual sessions conducted via phone and email to help you make informed, competent decisions about how to manage your stress.
