Recent scientific literature confirms that environmental chemicals and toxins can easily find their way into your body as a result of the foods that you eat, water you drink, skin care products you use, and the air that you breathe. Although normally present in small amounts, toxins can accumulate over a period of time.There are a number of ways you can help these toxins exit your body. Exercise that causes you to sweat large amounts of water is one of the most effective ways to facilitate toxin elimination.
